  The staff could not have been any more helpful, we had a fantastic stay. We were at a wedding in another hotel so needed an early check-in, after phoning and speaking to a very helpful lady our room was ready for 12 noon as promised. The food and service was excellent - Able to control room temperature easily and quickly. Friendly staff.

  The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly, every member of staff we interacted with made us feel like our happiness was their only goal. The location is spectacular, close to the city centre but set in the middle of beautiful parkland to really give that "getaway" feel.
