Beautiful country location, gorgeous old country pub, lovely atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was superb, excellent quality and nice selection. Our room was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed. Our little dog was made welcome and able to sit with us for dinner and breakfast. Overall a wonderful weekend break!. Everything really. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I've had sticky toffee puds up and down the uk but this was the best .... and the wild boar sausages were delicious. The bar area is cosy and popular so you might wish to book a meal to ensure your place. The room was well appointed, very clean and quiet.
