  Very, very nice and kind staff, brilliant atmosphere in the hotel - just charming. Great place for exploring North Wales, definitely I’ll go there again in the summer. And meals.... mhhhhhh...   we stayed only 1 night but could have stayed longer there was only 1 room left and was with our older children had come to vist family in conway so they stayed with them the room we stayed in was most lovely room we have ever stayed in the views were out of this world so peaceful everything we needed was in the room we wanted for nothing we had ev... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ening meal in the restrant for my dads birthday party of 10 food was lovely staff very lovely with my dad who can be hard work ha good value for the l - The staff were fantastic, from check in to departure, from room maid to restaurant staff, polite, friendly and helpfull. We also had our dog Marmite with us and they could not have made him more welcome, dog bowls in the room and setting special area in the restuarant and for breakfast.

  The rooms were bigger than average size and we had plenty of space evenwith our travel cot in our room. The breakfast was excellent and verysubstantial. - Staff and Local people very friendly.Food very good and the hotel is situated in a nice village with easy access to the N.Wales attractions.
