  Fabulous real village location yet close to Terminal 5 (follow Google map directions using local road - T5 not signed!). Lovely boutique style hotel with a garden to relax in. We have stayed in several of the large Heathrow hotels in the past and would definitely choose to stay here again instead. Close to tube for sightseeing in London - 40min ride from Hatton Cross to Green Park. - Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would charge more but don't tell them that.

  I love how the staff are so friendly and accomodating. They always carry your luggage to and from your room no matter what time it is. The rooms are always well presented and have all the amenities (ironing board, bottles of water, sky tv, iPod docker, free wi fi).   My wife and I stayed at the Runnymede on Thames as part of her birthday weekend. I found the staff very willing and able to help with little preparations I needed or to help with information etc in advance of the stay. I must admit as we arrived the hotel seemed to be larger than I had imagined and I feared that any personal touch would be lost. I... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t wasn’T. We were very quickly and efficiently helped at the front desk and a member of staff offered to store our bags until our room was ready and t - The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.

  I liked the staff they were very helpful in giving us a better room for only an extra £5 without having been asked to do so. The room was nice the bed comfortable with a tv, the bathroom was lovely and clean, they offered us food for breakfast.
