Our room was very clean and whilst not too large it suited us well enough. Lovely bathroom and shower. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast: yoghurt, fresh fruit, preserves, cereals, toast and cooked. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would certainly return. The Nook was immaculately clean, service excellent, rooms , very comfortable, facilities in room, rele excellent e,g. drinks making, towels excellent quality, daily room cleaning. The quality & range of breakfast available - second to none.

St Ives was as beautiful as ever and will return to both. The breakfast menu was amazing and the portion huge, set you up for the day. The staff, Vicky and her sister were friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there. It was so clean and lovely,staff were fab and breakfast was wonderful :-) I have stayed in many places in at ives and this def tops most of them...def reccommend!. I loved the Nook. From when I arrived, there was a very friendly young lady who welcomed me. The room was perfect for me, clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were amazing. From the first, '......would you like a cup of tea/coffee.....?' to the last, '....is there anything else....?'. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and very quick service. Very comfortable room. Autumn visit and the room was cosy and warm. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very welcoming, efficient staff. Great food. Spacious and light room, with prompt cleaning and other help during stay. The location to the town of st Ives was excellent. Pleasant walk downhill to numerous art galleries and the beach. Room too hot as there was a problem with the radiator, this was reported with no problem. Because I was on foot & elderly, the distance from town & steepness of route was tricky - but taxi service excellent. The climb up the hill was a bit too much for my husband but the bus service made up for that. Nothing. Nothing. The radiator in my room would not turn off. Limited car parking. Difficult to find. nothing. Nothing. Rooms were a bit too warm so we had to leave a window open. Paying £78 for (small) room 10 - although grateful to staff for sorting extra night at short notice. Larger room 1 @ £80 was much better value for money. We were in a double room with twin beds however the bathroom facilities and biscuits for tea were for one person. Rooms were clean and comfortable however there was dust on top of the wardrobe which was a good space to place your suitcase. the room for two people was extremely small and we had a great deal of trouble functioning in it - the Nook was far from the town center and the wharf area and required a great deal of physical stamina to be able to walk back and forth. room was a bit small. not a very nice view. Room much too small and bathroom so small unable to get undressed/dressed in.
