Our room was extremely comfortable and well presented, and was equally well presented every eve - it was our second stay we like the tastefully decorated rooms which are very clean and have good facilities such as Wi-Fi flat screen tv and good quality coffee. the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant food is excellent and breakfast menu provides a good variety. I particularly liked the eggs benedict. The inglenook fire place in the bar gives a cosy feel on chilly winter days.

With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable.   Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are of a good size and being redecorated at this time. Food is excellent all you can eat for breakfast. The bar gets lively most nights with entertainment good selection of real ales. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  A fabulous Hotel on the side of the river. our rooms had patio windows which opened up onto a shared picnic area overlooking stunning views of all the boats lined up on the opposite side of the riverbank. the hotel has a lovely restaurant which served delicious hot home cooked food with generous portions. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room no3 on the ground floor with - Very pleasant staff, location, service and extremely comfortable beds. Will come again as I liked the area and the Inn is the perfect location for either a quiet peaceful stay in week or as a base for touring. Saw the comment from Bradford on Avon, couldn't disagree more. Very nice part of the country which suspect gets full of people of weekend so you need to choose whether you like crowds or not. We stayed in the week and it was great

  Hotel staff very efficient and courteous, room very clean and comfortable, restaurant excellent. - Room was excellent value for money and staff friendly and efficient, I only wish I had time to make full use of the leisure facilities. Very nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast rather than the usual help yourself to dried up food!
