  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable. Overall an extremely pleasant break in a hotel I w - Staff were very helpful and welcoming...kitchen had gluten free bread and were able to provide gluten free meals...always difficult when we travel with our son who had Coeliac Disease...fantastic..don't go expecting a quaint country pub hotel...it definitely had the feel of a travel lodge, but higher quality with a good restaurant and excellent staff...great for a night stop...

Hotel lounge and restaurant has been refurbished and they are completing the last floor of rooms shortly. We stayed in one of the classic rooms not yet refurbished, but was still very pleasant.   We booked in at around 7.30 on Thursday evening and the Receptionist, Sue, could not have made us more welcome or gone to any more trouble to make certain everything was right for our stay. I have not come across better customer care for some time and have just returned from a holiday in America where customer care is always excellent. Thanks Sue - Very friendly staff upon arrival, room is just as expected which is ideal at the end of travelling. My daughted loved the nice deep bath!! The staff could not have been more helpful.
