  Loved everything about The Chambers. The staff were very welcoming and personable. The reception area, honesty bar and outside courtyard were all tastefully designed and a pleasure to be in. The apartments were immaculate and had everything you needed, including a welcome pack, which was much appreciated. The secure parking was a bonus and a very reasonable rate for city cent - Everything from start to finish. Excellent location, easy to get to and park at the weekend. The room was spacious, modern and light. The furniture and fittings were top rate, the bathroom lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were really nice, very friendly and helpful. The room was full of little surprises like the bread, beans, milk and cereal in the fridge which came in handy. Would definitely stay again and have recommended The Chambers to all our friends

  It was modern and well Maintained and well equipped and extremely comfortable. They provided a welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and Jam along with a selection of tea bags,coffee and soft drinks.   Lovely welcome on arrival, very friendly and the cookie was amazing!! Such a nice little touch! We was on the 10th floor and pleasantly surprised with the view of the train station and city.   We travelled to Halifax for a weekend wedding. We had a wonderful welcome from every member of staff at the White Swan. They could not have done more for us and we felt that they had a genuine interest in us as individuals. Parking at the Hotel was limited and we had worried about it on the way up.   I liked the style and the presentation but there were a lack of mirrors and lighting. They should have placed a mirror in the bathroom in order for women to do their make up. Plus the room smelt of damp which was overpowering and spoilt my stay. This puts me off staying again as I would very much had liked to do so as the - we have stayed at the heritage center before. The apartment was excellent. Our stay was a little too short and much of the time was spent with our family who live in huddersfield. On arriving a gentleman came over to us and thankfully guided us to the correct entrance doorway and took us up to the apartment. I don't think we would have found it easily as we thought it was accessed via the lift. He replaced a hallway light straight away. We will stay again. (We like room 5 as it has a great view
