I liked that it was pet friendly as we had a dog with us. The rooms were large, clean and modern and we had no problems with noise from the service station close by as I thought we might. - the fact that the cleaning staff handed in a gold ring we thought was lost and the staff called me on my mobile to let me know. Great service!

Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! Really nice hotel, very old building with history, character and atmosphere. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and filling, location is quiet, but a short walk from the city centre and castle. It is not really a hotel to use for business travellers as it's age does limit it's practicality, but a really great place

We loved the quirky building, the Tudor hotel is fabulous and while this does make the rooms slightly smaller than usual, the uniqueness makes up for it many times over.
My Daughter loved the suits of armour on the gallery, and asked one if he would come home with us!
The location is ideal for Warwick and the castle.
