  Super quiet location. What a wonderful new facility. The building and accommodation are simply contemporary luxury. Exquisite furnishings and completely refurbished tiles, flooring, door and windows. Large private accommodation decorated to a standard that exceeds 4 star hotels. A wonderful secluded indoor pool. A sumptuous breakfast with an amazing choice from the men - We loved staying in Merton Grounds. The room was very spacious and very very clean. What impressed us the most, is that everything was so well though of - from the selection of teas and coffees in the room, to fresh milk, cookies and great toiletries. The bed was so comfortable, with amazing duvet and pillows. Beautiful place, comparable to any 5* hotel and extremely cozy

  We booked this hotel instead of the Spreadeagle in Thame, and were very glad that we did. It had been a long drive down and we were both tired, and once we had sorted out our choice of room at reception entered into Room 129, a fair walk but well worth it. I had the bread, olives and hummus, and my partner the Goats cheese tartlet, - We had a very comfortable stay at the Oxfordshire. The staff were all friendly helpful and service good. The bed at the hotel was amazing so big and comfortable. The rooms are modern and cosy and were very clean! The food was very good service in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet style and was lovely really enjoyed it. The spa is also very nice - pool is book and sauna and steam both relaxing. Really nice hotel with wonderful golf course and close to Bicester village.

  I found the experience relaxing - travelling with my son was easy and with the facilities in the leisure centre there was a good balance with going out and then relaxing and enjoying the spa. We drove for about 50mins from London and came to such a beautiful scenery and a serene location which looked like a resort out of England. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and wow the facility was out of this world. Having free access to all the spa facility was a huge plus for me. My best friend and I plan to go back soon.

  The hotel was very comfortable. I had asked for a room with a view over the countryside and was given one. We were originally given a room with an ajoining door which was noisy as we could hear the next rooms tv. I asked reception if we could move. They read my original request for a countryside view and upgraded us for free in order to do this so ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » we had a four poster bed in a lovely room! - Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was large, well appointed and extremely clean. I had asked for an upstairs room overlooking countryside - my request was complied with and we had a lovely view. Food was outstanding for a hotel. Breakfast plentiful, varied and extra items ordered (ie veggie sausages and smoked haddock) arrived swiftly. Dinner also excellent. - The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and we found all the staff to be smiling and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, well furnished and well decorated. Both food and service in the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast menu catered for all tastes; the food was plentiful and self service ensured we had exactly what we wanted. The dinner menu was also excellent.

  As we drove up the very long driveway, we turned the corner and the modern part of Crown Plaza and traditional Heythrop Hall came into view - spectacular! I'd booked for a party of 7, myself, husband, 3 children aged 17, 14 and 11 plus my parents for my mother's 70th birthday. My eldest son used the gym and all the children used the swimming pool. Free - I cannot say enough about the staff at The Heythrop Hall and the Crown Plaza. Without exception every one was so helpful, pleasant, and kind. You MUST let your staff know that they are doing a FAB job. The room we had at the Crown Plaza was really comfortable and plush. The choice of places to eat was also excellent as we didn't want to be tied to a set time to eat, so ate in the Brassey bar. Excellent and again the staff were TOPS. Will certainly be coming again and the best thing is its on

  When we got to Heythrop Park we asked to upgrade our room, this was done seamlessly. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. Location is excellent as are facilities. - The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were massive and clean - felt very homely in the main house. The food was brilliant and the staff were friendly!
