  They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner.   Very warm welcome, with nice cream tea and biscuits, not to mention our sweet Anabel. Also Janet, friend of Romney, who was there at the time. Feel like staying at home with friends. Breakfast was very tasty. Location is great, near Lechlade and Kelmscott where You can find great pubs with nice food and excellent ales. Thanks - Extremely friendly owner/staff. They were very accomodating and couldn't do enough to make our stay exactly as we wanted it. Anything you want Romney to do just ask and she will try her very best! The room was beautiful and the bathroom was large and inviting!!! You also have a guest dining room and lounge which was a lovely touch and we made use of all the rooms.
