We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

We found the annexe to be a great place to stay. Perfect for what we needed in that it is close to the city, clean, comfortable and good value. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a great night's sleep because it was so quiet. In the morning we were able to walk into the city very easily (10mins). Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was modern, fresh and beautifully presented. The attention to detail is noticeable and the high standards of the property are evident throughout.
The cleanliness of Sunset House is outstanding and it's obvious the owners take this business seriously.
