  I liked that from the moment we arrived i felt welcomed and comfortable, the rooms were spotless and undated. Every little comfort was thought of down to hotwater bottles and sewing Kits if needed.loves the tea and coffee facility in room which also included Decaf, mini bar was fab and shop prices, not escalated prices. Jane and Anna couldn't do enough for us. A warm welcome and a lovely room with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was superb: my gluten and lactose intolerances and other allergies were well catered for - Jane would not be defeated! The location was also brilliant: within easy reach of the beach (and the start of the Norfolk Coast Path), bus station and eating places. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

  Everything. This b&b is amazing..it is like staying in a 5 star hotel! Andrew is the perfect host. Extremely accommodating..his attention to detail is incredible. The room was immaculate. Fantastic refreshment tray..large range of quality magazines in room..HUGE bathroom..lovely fluffy towels..shower gel..soap..make up pads and cotton buds! This really wa - The owner, Andrew is a perfect host - laid back, friendly, extremely helpful, and seems to have all bases covered. Our room was modern, fresh and beautifully presented. The attention to detail is noticeable and the high standards of the property are evident throughout. The cleanliness of Sunset House is outstanding and it's obvious the owners take this business seriously. This place is highly recommended.

  Everything. Sounds a Grand statement, but so is No 3. Cannot think of anything extra in rooms to add, it has those and more. Literature states owners tried to create t - From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a warm smile, coffee and biscuits - what more could you wish for! Our luggage was taken to our room and after coffee we checked in - we pushed the boat out and opted for a Suite as a treat and it was fabulous! Stylish, very spacious with all the extras; robes, slippers etc! Breakfast in the morning was excellent - there was a great choice.   We were a couple staying overnight with a dog in tow and the accommodation proved to be excellent for our needs (we were in the family room and dog bed, towels and treats were provided especially for our dog). The location was idyllic, the hosts were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was big and beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Ask for one of the local beers (really good and cheap) at the bar for Mark and enjoy it at the backyard table. The breakfast was such a DREAM! :D
