Everything, from the warm welcome to the moment we left, June made us feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms beautifully decorated. June also made reservations for us at the local restaurant. The location was perfect with just a 10 minute walk to the local pub and also close enough to everything else we wanted to look at. We will certainly stay there again next time we are in Norfolk.

Flint House passed the test of a three-night stay in chilly mid-November with flying colours. The house was comfortable, attractively and tastefully decorated, cosy and warm (but not oppressively so). Our room was extremely quiet, and had an idyllic view over the village green and duck pond. After a little confusion over the booking, the staff rallied round us to accomodate us in a lovely spacious room. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless.
The food was lovely, especially the carvery and in all great value for money.
In general, couldnt fault the hospitallity and the friendliness of all the staff. -

When we arrived David met us at the door, he took our bags and escorted us to a really lovely room at the front of the house. The ensuite bedroom was lovely and the bathroom very contemporary. Our room was a very good size overlooking the back garden. There was a balcony with table and chairs which would be lovely to use when the weather was warmer. There were bird feeders in the garden and we saw a great variety of feathered visitors. Also there were rabbits in the garden in the evening, and on our last morning a muntjac deer roamed through. The couple that run the B&B are very friendly and helpful, you do feel that nothing is too much trouble.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a warm smile, coffee and biscuits - what more could you wish for! Our luggage was taken to our room and after coffee we checked in - we pushed the boat out and opted for a Suite as a treat and it was fabulous! Lovely welcome. Owners were very friendly but not intrusive. As birdwatchers we were delighted by proximity to Snettisham. When we asked advice about where to get an evening meal we were pleased with choice offered and enjoyed a decent pub meal in the village.

it is a new build, decorated to a high standard, large spotless rooms (one larger than the other- we stayed in the large one) with nice showers and usual facilities. Though it is termed B & B the bedrooms are separate from the main house with its own entrance and a connecting door. Good choices for breakfast and Hilary and Neil are very friendly and obliging. travel delays meant very late arrival even after advising staff it was after mid-night. We were greeted warmly by a member of staff and they assisted us with our bags to our room, the linen was crisp clean and drink facilities were to hand. Over the length of our stay the staff were attentive and the food was plentiful and well cooked.
