  the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » hand it was a pleasure to stay here. - Very nice hotel, room was very clean and very modern in design. No bad points at all. Breakfast a bit expensive compared with the coffee shops/ restaurants nearby.

  We've stayed at Chalon Court a number of times (under its old name) as we have family in St Helens. The hotel is in a great location near the town centre and is the first hotel we check availability for when we go to the area. Its strength is its staff, who we've always found more than helpful, welcoming and polite. The rooms have definitely improved with its latest facelift and - Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!
