  The Guest House was very clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for you. They really go the extra mile eg: complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee topped up during the day, chocolates at the side of the bed, turning the bed down and turning the lights on in the evening.   Small establishment so the personal touch made a difference. Travelling into the city centre was very quick and easy so our initial concerns about being to far out of the city were not necessary. Cakes on arrival were lovely. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

  We stayed for a weekend in two apartments, my nine year old and myself in one apartment and my mum and nana in another. We couldn't have had a more comfortable and well equipped base to explore from and take shelter in when the snow came! Beautiful building, well maintained.
