  The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was.   I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. We did not have a chance to use the bar or restaurant but I would have liked to as the menu was appealing and was the look of the facilities.   Breakfast in the outside restaurant was great. It was included in the room rates and I believe the whole deal was a great value for money proposition.   The warm welcome by Harriet who was very friendly and helpful. The room I shared with my daughter was warm, spacious and had lovely comfortable clean beds.
