me and my girlfriend stayed here for valentines day, it was amazing value for money! we really enjoyed everything about it, great location, right in the middle of the promenade, near to the the spa and right on the beach front. it was very clean and surprisingly very modern, suited me right down to the ground. i really enjoyed it and will be looking to come back again.

Lou and Paul are great hosts who make you feel very welcome. The hotel was very comfortable, good quality bed linen and towels, and the breakfast was excellent. There is free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities in the room and special treats which we thought were a very nice touch. We were at a dancing festival at the Spa and the hotel is 2 or 3 m

Close to the Beach (although there is lots of building work there at present. Very hospitable hosts and extremely helpful. Parking wasnt a problem, free wifi, good location for beach access and a short walk to the shops. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are comfortable with good size bathroom and excellent shower. Best B&B in the area and great value.

landlady was more than helpful. Paid and got a receipt. Lovely clean
beds & room. Excellent Price for what we wanted the room for
(Overnight stay), Great Value for us as we are on a budget, Nowhere
cheaper and let us have an extra hour check out. Lovely couple:)

As it was a self catering apartment you had the basic comforts of home. It was literally a two minute walk to the beach, it was what you pay for, it's great for a couple of nights break. We would go back again and would recommend this place if your expectations aren't high. Shower didn't work but was fixed within a couple of hours after we told the owners who were really sweet and helpful
