  The rooms were fab, perfect, staff all very friendly, Malcolm was brilliant, doggy receptionist was cute! :-) Food was fab, place amazing, relaxing, enjoyable, peaceful, restful and I would def come again in 2014!!! The tv remote wasn't working so I reported this o the front desk. By the time I had had my meal, the tv had been replaced and was working fine. Thank you.

  The hotel is very well situared, easy walking distance of the amenities etc, The rooms were a good size although we did find them too hot, we never had the heating on and had the window open at all times; this is not a criticism as I am sure other guests wouldnt complain. It would have been nice to have had control over the temperature, All the ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » staff were proffesional but not officious. - I travel to St Hellier quite reguarly and this was my first time at the Mayfair. For value for money and location it is the best hotel I have found.
