  The hotel is very well situated for getting to the shops. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room we had was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a view of the river. The evening meal was lovely and the breakfast was beautiful. The dining/breakfast room has a view looking out to the river. We will definitely be staying again and have already recommended to friends and family. - Great location! Great staff! And a large dose of Highland charm! It is such a charming hotel- you can picture Queen Victoria strolling through it's halls. The bar/lounge area was super comfortable and had some great Scottish beers on tap. The cooked and cold breakfast selection was great and very tasty. The room breakfast is served in is delightful and welcoming with great views of the river. It's in walking distance to everything!

Liked the water conserving shower head (pressure better than at home!) and other environmentally conscious touches (e.g. recycling) - We have stayed once before and found it was an enjoyable experience so we looked no farther when coming back to Perth.   We found all the staff very friendly. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortabe.We had a beautiful breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. - Nice clean hotel, wish we had stayed for food in the restaurant as the food looked excellent. Great fresh breakfast
