The owners were so friendly and helpful. Steve gave us maps and recommendations. The 2 room family suite was perfect for us travelling with 3 boys, I loved the table in the room to have breakfast, the fridge is stocked with everything you need and more, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and there was even a little box of ear buds and cotton wool pads next to the bed. Nice quiet street, perfect spot. Can't say enough.

Not set on rooms - so if they have space, they will let you choose your room - love it! Free WiFi - this is very important when traveling. Overall - very nice cottage and not small, as some hotels in England. Breakfast foods laid on in the room - all suited my needs. I was dealt with by the owner and his daughter who were both helpful and friendly. Stayed there for one night and location suited me fine for catching the boat to the Scilly Isles. Also good location for accessing amenities in Penzance. Good location with friendly staff and took the advantage to extend our stay by an extra day. Good supply to make your own breakfast. Depending room selection the views were good. As we are travelling for an extended period the inclusion of a small fridge was good for us. We were made to feel very welcome by the lovely hosts. The fridge was stocked with food and milk and everything was there for breakfast in the room. Less than a minutes walk from Penzance promenade which boasts beautiful views and an array of good restaurants and pubs. Great decor. Breakfast making facilities in bedroom meant we could eat at a time convenient to us. Great advice on places to eat and visit. Perfect location close to the seafront. A short walk to the centre of Penzance and not to far to walk to Newlyn. we particularly liked the owner's friendly welcome, the provision of DIY breakfast basics in the room fridge, generous size en-suite, the sea-view, the quiet side road it was on but just away from Penzance promenade. - nice location (bus station just 1 min from the hostel and close to the sea) (environment around the B&B is quite nice) - with wifi and TV at room - decoration is quite new - great value for money. Very friendly place, good location 10 mins from station and right by prom. Great idea having breakfast facilities in room, you can eat when you want and take provisions out with you if you're walking. It was excellent for my wishes. Relaxing, comfortable, very pleasant owners and I particularly liked the 'self-service' breakfast in my room. It suited my purposes exactly and I will return. Greatlocation, Steve and Ellen were great hosts providing high class accommodation which represented value for money. We could not have asked for any more and would love to stay again. the guest house was very central to the things I needed and I found the proprietors very friendly and obliging I would recommend it to anyone and hopfully I will revisit. Staff, location, facilities & breakfast provisions were great. Whether it be a stroll along the promenade, shopping or pubs, Penzance is a lovely seaside town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. cosy place, maybe just the room was a little small for a big guy like me. There are no negatives. Couldn't find anything to dislike. Even though WiFi was incluuded the upgrading of this to allow the use within the rooms would an advantage. When someone else was using a tap or the shower next door, you'd get scalded in the shower and then it would go ice cold. This was a minor quibble as everything else was fantastic. Room was a little small for 3 people. nothing to dislike. - wall and floor is thin - room is small - table seems a bit congested with food and bowls/cups/plates. Nothing. N/a. Although we were lucky enough to score a parking spot directly outside the B&B I dare say that parking close by could be an issue for others not so lucky. This is a narrow street with parking both sides however parking does appear to at a premium. Not sure what we would have done had this spot not been available. Parking is a little tricky in the nearby roads. nothing. Could have done with the lightbulbs changing. a little far from the station. Fire alarm right above kettle and toaster. Too easy to set it off! Breakfast is in your room thus removing the last possibility of any social contact with other humans. Shower space was a bit cramped. Breakfast was help yourself in your own room which meant the room was fairly cramped and you got half cooked eggs in the toast and egg machine. Also the on street parking was not great as we did not realise this was the case on the letsbookhotel.com website but subsequently saw that it was mentioned on the B&B's own website.
