  The proprietors Hugo and Pippa are truly wonderful hosts, make you feel very special and Woodlands is quite the best hotel we have stayed in - not posh or snooty but really comfortable and welcoming. Pippa was very helpful explaining the local restaurants in Padstow and the surrounding area. We had a great time and sad that it wasn't longer. We look forward to returning soon.

The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.
