The Granite Way, an 11 mile cycle route, begins less than 1 mile away and ends in Lydford. Lydford Gorge is within 5 miles of the property and Castle Drogo, a Grade I listed country house, can be reached after a 20-minute drive.
With a selection of toiletries and a shower in in each bathroom, rooms at Prewley also have a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

when we arrived the staff were friendly and were welcomed. The room was spacious and comfortable and was clean and we had tea and coffee in the room, which went down very well. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the inn itself was located in a lovely area near Dartmoor.

The shower was not bringing in any cold water and was too hot to use and needs attention.
Next time I would ask for a room at the back of the building, as the road ( main A30 ) is quite noisy (especially if you have your window open, but we are used to a very quiet environment !).

Old farmhouse directly on a big road and next to camping place nothing

Breakfast ordered in accordance with thier system did not arrive until
we woke the manageress.
First breakfast only me and another couple in waitress took order,had to
wait 30 minutes to get the breakfast.
Second day only me in for breakfast nothing layed out for breakfast waitress kept bringing stuff out there was no sausages got no toast there was no heating on either in bedroom orbar only a small oil filled radiator in bedroom and larger ones in the bar
The bedroom never got servised had to make own bed up.
prewley moor arms is in urgent need of some tlc , our room was not very clean , had it not been the end of a long day we would not have stayed there , we would not stay there again !!!.
