Very low price, clean, confortable, great location in only 10 minutes walk distance to center, private bathroom, coffee and tea set in room. Convenient lots of pubs opposite. Spacy and comfort. Close to center. Good location to the city is only £5 in a taxi, we only book these rooms to go to the clubs in Norwich. So if you only need somewhere to crash its brilliant and very cheap.

I would never go back to that hotel . Room size the facilities. nothing location. Nothing!!. not a lot. Nothing!. nothing. Nothing. Leaving. Little space in room. Noise from other guests that kept me awake all night. Lack of security. With this price for room you can't complain. Please make windows normal not cover with white plastic. Lack of security, myself and work colleague (booked two rooms for the week) didn't get any sleep because drunks trashed the place. After calling the office in the morning, the guy on the other end of the phone was so rude when I asked for some compensation. Thoroughly disappointed! I even pointed out that we had 4 weeks work in Norwich and they was going to loose the business. FYI This Hotel is unmanned. The rooms are not luxury. And certainly not clean. Things are often broken and the place looks like its falling apart. Wouldn't recommend for anything other than a drunken crash pad. 1-furnture ,decorations,carpit filthey,cold,dirty shower and toilet,not for businss people.dark horrible accommodation,never again. First went in and there were used condoms on the floor, sick in the sink and unflushed bowel movements. Horrific!. No window which opened, a very noisy ceiling fan, a bare bulb, old and questioable bedding, very noisy party in another room until 2 in the morning, no plastic cups for water, dirty, no water pressure in the shower. I was told by my taxi driver that the hotel next dooe was used by town prostitutes. Mattresses with no spring, unhoovered carpets, door code didn't work. the tv didnt work, the tap didnt work, i couldnt open the window. pilliows were bad. Bed was like sleeping on a wooden base. Cold. Unpleasant stay. Booked and paid for a weeks accommodation, we were unable to stay in the 2 rooms we booked and had to go elsewhere as they were absolutely Discusstingly Filthy, Smell, Stains everywhere and the windows were borded up. You wouldnt let your dog sleep here. No staff were on hand to complain to after complaining to letsbookhotel.com and being informed its down to the Hotel to deal with Refunds we are still awaiting the refund. Do not book this hotel. I like nothing about this hotel. how dirty it was. dirty disgusting. Everything!! I had two broken panes of glass in my window which had been covered with cardboard!! The noise was terrible. The windows have been covered with sticky back plastic so there is no light or veiw. Will never stay again!!. room was dated guttering broken window broken noisey. The filthy room, poor facilties, broken furniture, window would not open, fire escape route map was for a different hotel, no staff on site to talk to, no reception - required a code to access hotel and another code to access room. very noisy area with lots of drunk people in the area at the weekend. everything about it, very very dirty and ants everywhere. I will be making a formal complaint!!. Dirtiest dump I have ever stayed in. Everything from arriving to leaving. Every thing! Was terrible. no reception, terribly dirty, no air conditioned, no staff. Cleanliness! Price,no staff,paid 60 pound a room and really it isnt worth 40 there was a used tampon under the bed and the room clearly had not been cleaned didnt recive a code for the door till 5 on the night and we had arrived at 10 in the morning people smoking in the hallway was not happy at all.
