All apartments feature a comfortable lounge with a large flat-screen TV. First floor and penthouse apartments have a patio door from the lounge, which leads onto a private balcony. The open-plan kitchens are equipped for self-catering, and offer an oven/hob and microwave for cooking. One parking space is available per apartment with the private car park. Newquay Zoo is a 15-minute walk away, and the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Rail Station are just 10 minutes’ walk away.

The apartment we had had excellent views of the sea very comfortable beds spacious living come dining area kitchen well equipped very happy with the security and key safe outside each appartments Will definatly use again next year. We were two couples who stayed for a weekend. - The place is in good location and the main city center and beaches are walkaway from the apartment. - The view from apartment is also great as you can see the sea from it.

The location of the apartment was excellent, and we had a parking space (a premium in Newquay). The apartment was extremely clean although quite basic, but it offered a lot of space for a family/group of 4. Good location, 500 from beach, own car park space, large rooms inside, balcony and view from the balcony of the sea, accommodation includes all what exactly you need to say for couple of days. As a group of lads we was really surprised as to the location and overall quality of our apartment! The pictures on letsbookhotel.com do not do this place justice! Defo staying here again!. Lovely view from balcony and excellent central location. Perfect for our needs for the weekend. Nice clean apartment and much bigger inside than expected. Apartment well enquiped, views, location, comfort, we enjoy the weekend and will be coming back sometime and wiil tell our family and friends. great location, 5 mins to newquay town centre 6/7 mins to the beach, well equipped, great view, quiet and comfortable. excellent views of the sea, only 5 minute walk to town,nice balcony, good parking arrangements. Good value for money. I thought the apartment was just what we were looking for. It was comfortable, affordable and clean. cracking place well organised comfy really enjoyed it. basic but clean and good value, would use again. The position. The view. The size. Clubs. Only problem my 80 year old mother had was the outside steps maybe a hand rail fitted?. - The showers in the apartment were a real pain. I can say they are broken and need replacement. - It also seemed that we can't use showers in both bathrooms as same time. Only one gets hot water. - The entrance is dark and bit narrow. Slight trouble getting up to the first floor with bags. would benefit from electric showers Urgent: need to remove or improve the small step in the corridor between bedrooms in room 4. Two of us badly stubbed our toes by not seeing it. In todays injury calim society it's only a matter of time. The group of 6 who stayed above us - they were extremely noisy and completely inconsiderate to others staying in the same block - particuarly at 3am, 4am and 5am when they arrived home from their night out and decided it was then ok to have music blaring and disgusting language whilst having full scale rows with each other - disgusting individuals. In No.: 6 we couldn' t use bath because the tub of hot water was broken in suite bath shower, is something wrong with the water mixer as well (only hot water). Bit disappointed that no staff were present when we arrived as we did not know that the permit system for the car park had been changed (according to the chap above our apartment) Apart from that good weekend!. Only criticism is the extractor fan in en suite was very noisy due to its age and the shower was more of a bath as more water coming out of tap into bath than out of shower head (mixer shower). Nothing. beds uncomfortable, shower in en suite not working. Could do with more comfy seating (sofa only big enough for 2 put 4 ppl apartment). Decor could do with an update. There were no problems at all. the bond you have to pay upfront is too steep so you are a bit scared to crease the bedding apart from that nothing all was good would stay there again. all good. The decor is tired! The Hot water did not work on Sunday morning. We had to be out by 10.00am, so no point in trying to get it fixed before we left. The vacuum cleaner was ineffective, even after I emptied it.

Please note that there is no reception at the accommodation. Pets are allowed, there is a maximum of 2 dogs. There is GBP 20 charge per dog, per stay. Eton Court will contact the guest with 72 hours of the booking via either email with the full booking confirmation and expected time of arrival. All bookings require a refundable security deposit. The deposit ranges from GBP 120 to GBP 210 depending on the apartment booked. Electric, gas, and water are included in the price. Guests receive 1 parking space per accommodation booked via a parking permit displayed in guests' car. Please note that the maximum number of people the apartment sleep includes any children.
