We arrived on sunday, and left on wednesday. Room was very nice and clean. It was cleaned every day. Hotel staff was very friendly. We slept very good (no loud noises or anything). For being such a budget hotel the staff are exceptional. I got better
service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of
money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to
three different members of staff who provided the same level of service.

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!
