Reception staff were brilliant.Rooms were very clean with everything you need.Bathroom excellent,great lcd tv on wall. Security excellent, checking right people were checked in and going to right rooms ( masses of people around due to pop concert nearby ) Breakfast and service excellent both in value and standard. Friendly staff,clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Location was good for sporting visitors and was in s nice part of town.

The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. It was quiet with views of greenery and trees outside. Clean, comfort, ample parking space, nice bathroom with hot water, all the comforts you expect from premier inn... I thought the hotel was very clean, very comfortable, good area, fod next door was excellent. Impressed. Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was consistently good throughout our stay. Great!!! Nice and clean! Just like usual! You alway know what to expect from Primier Inn!!!. The staff were really helpful. We asked to change rooms and they moved us straight away. The room is clean. Breakfast is very good as well. Staff is also helpful and friendly. Excellent Staff. Nice quiet area. Fair sized room. Everything. The room was clean and it was on a main road with plenty of parking and good links to trams (0.3 mike walk up road). The restaurant next door in Beefeater served excellent breakfast both mornings and staff were friendly. Great helpful & friendly staff - good location easy to get to from city centre. Location was just what we needed. Location. Nothing. Nothing negative to report. Nothing. There was nothing I didn't like. A bit out of the way from the city's attractions. Had a problem with the shower not working, but was resolved quickly and without issue. No telephone's in the rooms. I would like to have seen napkins or coasters underneath the tea cups in the room instead of the cups being placed upside down on the shelf and I would have liked to see the glasses in sterile bags. Nothing about the hotel. Missunderstanding over the evening meal arrangements for next door pub meaning we had to drive to find another. No negatives. No negatives. Nothing. Nothing. too close to main road with noise. The traffic noise from the road as we were placed at front of hotel. The heat in the room was too much and we couldn't seem to cool it down with the temp control at all. Couldn't keep window open as too noisy from road noise. Also the main bed was very creaky and too soft so not a very comfortable nights sleep although the kids seemed ok in their two beds. Bed was small and uncomfortable. only provided us with one clean towel. Rooms didn't have an iron. We have not used Premier Inn for some time, feeling that it was too basic for our needs. However responding to the latest advertising claiming that 'everything's premier except the price', we thought we\d give it a go. Result: disappointed — nothing had changed, the only thing that was premier was the price — very poor value for money when compared with Express by Holiday Inn. Won't be back. Too basic. No sleep due to noise at back of room in car park and as we were in a room right next to reception we were woken up by each person coming in or out and slamming the door. I had already asked To change room on arrival but hotel was full. We advised reception on our departure. They did not mention the guarantee good night policy! !!.
