The noise from other guests in the ealry hours of the morning
Very close to the Football stadium and the Imperial War Museum,Lovely walks around quayside
Hotel did not have Setanta sports on the Bar Television.
It was quiet and the rooms and seating areas were very comfortable
free parking, easy to get into manchester, nice hotel rooms clean, staff helpfull easy for taxis
need brighter bulbs in rooms especially bathroom
To make it short and simple: loved the bed, loved the location and theroom was very clean. Overall, really worth it.
Although the toilet was very clean, it really needs refurbishing...

Football match/weekend break
The Quietness of the rooms
Overall excellent. We were attending the match at Old Trafford and were hoping for access to our room on arrival (11.30am). Unfortunately room was not available until 1.30pm. This was clearely stated before we booked . We are staying with you again on November 15th and would hope to have access to our room earlier if at all possible. Great hotel! Great Llocation! Friendly staff. Value for money...
Ease of checking in and location
We decided to stay at this hotel as is was close to Old Trafford. The view of the Salford Quay is stunning, especially at night time. The welcome wa fantastic and the rooms and hotel in general was of very high standard. I would definetely go back and stay there again.
The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff werehelpful,friendly and local, which I find important. They were able togive me local information and advise me about transport and where tovisit. I loved the bar and terrace on the quay. Very relaxing.

We were welcomed and checking in was smooth. Breakfast was good and the room spacious and comfortable.I wa son my own with 2 young children and felt very secure and comfortable which is always good.
Service at breakfast was not brilliant but not a big problem. .
