Premier Inn was easy to find - just 5 mins walk from Luton Parkway andconvenient for an early flight.Check-in was a delight, the staff werevery friendly and professional. The room was clean and quiet. We sleptso well that we almost missed our flight due to our alarm failing - thereceptionist promptly ordered us a cab which got us to the airport ontime! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!.

I will definately recommend my friends on this hotel and if I would ever catch a flight at Luton, I will book the same hotel again. I believed that Primier Inn has a chain of hotels, so please keep up the excellent standard like in Luton Airport Premier Inn.The staff were fantastic. They were all very helpfull in particular the reception staff. The room was claen and surprisingly big. We had a baby with us and the staff went out their way to find a travel cot (at no extra charge). First class service. The staff could not have been more helpful. Old fashioned standards ofservice in young staff, fantastic. Extremely efficient in every way andfinnished off with a breakfast fit for a king! I will always use yourhotels for overnight stays in the future.Close to railway station. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast good value for money. I found it difficult to believe how friendly the staff were in the Beefeater next door. Normally you have to go abroad to find such good service. Staff very friendly and helpful. the food is the Best on the Planet. We stayed there for just 1 night cause we had a connecting flight...wish we could stay longer! Ate there for B'fast, Lunch and Dinner! The cooked breakfast was cold - this was at 9.30 - did I compain - no- we were in a rush to get to Northampton. the price of the breakfast, should be a bit cheaper. For the price charges, breakfast should be included. An early breakfast for those leaving early in the morning would be an excellent addition.Breakfast should be included. Also should be done something to decrease noises in the room. Yes, it's very close to an airport, but it's not funny to hear every singke plane like u are in the terminal. No. Very hot and a bit uncomfortable especially in the corridors. non smoking. very noisy from other rooms, very thin walls and floors,for this reason i will not stay again. Lack of airport shuttle; Wifi was not included (pay per use wifi is ridiculously expensive; many inexpensive places include this simple service without additional charge).Due to the location, there was quite a bit of aircraft noise. The staff did not know anything about the nearby Luton Parkway too Airport shuttle; claiming information was not available and that I should take a taxi. I found it on internet myself in 1 minute.Everything at the hotel was lovely, however i believe there was a Wedding party present on very same night of my stay. Obviously i expected it to be a little noisier than usual, however i didnt expect the guests in the room directly above me to be thudding and making excessive noise well into 4am the following morning. This was mentioned to the Receptionist at check out,but no answer given. Breakfast was good by English standards but freshly baked bread would improve it no end!. Although the family room did not incur any extra charges, it was a little disheartening for my son to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
