Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Great location for business in London; easy for tube to anywhere (from Barbican, five minutes walk away).   This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well.
