Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
