Please note that children's cots and cribs are subject to availability. Please be aware that the apartments are situated on the second and third floors, which are only accessible by stairs. Guests are required to call the apartments at least one hour prior arrival at the apartments to ensure prompt check-in. Guests expecting to arrive after 00:00 must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. An additional GBP 20 per hour charge will apply. Guests are required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times whilst occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. My Apartments reserves the right to make copy / take image of documents at check in for security records. All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation voucher as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival. Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartments and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
