We didn't actually stay at Fulham Rd; we stayed in Hyde Park appts as our room was allocated to a regular client. We were given plenty of notice and were offered many options, one of which was a free upgrade to these appt. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our appartment was ideal for our requirements. Spacious, good location right in front of the bus stop and convenience stores on the street. Equipped with all you need to live on your own. Make sure you get the door PIN code before you arrive, this is a non-serviced appartment.

The apartment met our needs well except for the noise from other rooms, poor mattress and wifi not working. Studio is lovely, well appointed and immaculate. Location was convenient for me but be mindful of the fact that central London is 30'+ away. I liked the way the rooms were very practical and fucntional. Everything was clean and working. Brilliant concept. Great idea and perfect for young couple wanting to explore the city. Great value for money, great facilities, would definitely stay again. Good location. Apartment well equipped and spacious. I loved the space and a lounge. Wireless .. I think it's a superb concepts ... But ... The studio apartment was modern, clean, quiet and well equipped. The settling of the apt. Having our own apartment. bring your own plug reduction if travelling from abroad. Access to the room was confusing: up lots of stair, then down another set and then outside to find it. Noise from other rooms was constant, stomping noises, washing machine going at 6am and a party returning at 3.30am! I guess the down side of an apartment vs. an hotel room. Mattress very poor, no support. WIFI wouldn't connect and the light flashed all night. Access with luggage was a bit complicated and signage not the best but I met a lovely gentleman on the way that showed me to the apartment. He seemed to work for the Studios and was very kind. I was charged for an extra night despite cancellation and there was no answer to an email I sent the day after. I had to call from abroad and was assured of a refund, but this took a month. In a nutshell, great facilities, no lifts (common to many London properties) and customer service that needs work. You have to be advised that youcan obly access the building by printing all their recommendations. This is a self service room, there's no one on the front desk to assist you and in case tou check out and need liggage storage, this is not possible. Only one chair at table for 2 people. Sofa bed was overpriced and inadequate. This is not a good enough solution for 2 friends not wishing to share a bed but wanting to use this accomodation. I was sent the wrong front door code, so took a few phone calls to get into the building, only negative of the whole trip though. A lot of noise early in the morning woke us up. A number of hairs were found around the apartment. Matress in need of replacement (not that it stopped me sleeping!). Street noise is quite loud as it's on/near a main road. It's a bit odd not being greeted when you arrive, but I think what they save on having on-site staff means they can keep the room rates reasonable. there where small animals living in the bed!. Long, long way from secure car parking No door codes or instructions provided in advance. No reception or receptionists, difficult to access the keys for the bed room, narrow corridors, no lifts. Checkin in too late, while check out is too early. I would have preferred then to have a acidity to lock up my bags untill such time my room was ready. I was uninformed there was no recepton of sorts at it we my first time so having to dealt with matters on the phone was costly while I felt he consultants should have had better access to answers. There was an information pack in my room, but it was empty .. It was just a cover so I had no acts on wifi, check out etc ... They seriously need to sort out access to the rooms. They use self checkin/out via a door access code and a keycoded safe which contains your door cards. This should be straightforward but the system doesn't seem to work. The codes which they emailed us with were incorrect and also the explanation of what you need to do on arrival is poor. I would not like to arrive out of office hours as there is a high chance you will need to phone them to get in. The high floor. The wifi internet that was defectuous. The phone that was not working. The difficulty getting in Difficulty in obtaining a key with no instructions! Being woken by the maid at 8am when checkout was 10!.
