More kitchen equipment required. It's not cheap but is relative. Our alternative hotel was the same pp cost but a lesser quality
The view from the windows - floor to ceiling windows off both bedrooms and the lounge and dining room - in an extra seating area, like a conservatory/terrace.
Not being able to get into the door outside the entrance as you needed a special fob which wasn't on the keyring provided. Having to ask someone inside and at reception to come outside and help. There was supposed to be a concierge at a desk inside the entrance to the apartment, but in the whole time I was there I didn't see anyone in that position.
A very nice, slightly different Hotel,this is our fourth stay in about 18 months. The restaurant is superb with wonderful Thames views. The 4 bed apartment works well for a family or group.
The marketing should say whether the room has a full or limited view as the apartment we had last had much better views.

excellent up market apartment perfect for couples/friends or large family. lovely huge kitchen lounge diner, smart bedrooms with ensuite
should have been a condiment basket, had the usual tea/coffee but for an apartment you need butter ketchup salt pepper etc, otherwise you have to buy everything for a nights stay. after enquiring about robes and slippers we were provided with obviously second hand items. I can handle a well washed dressing gown but the slippers should really be single use

We had a river view apartment that was superb! Amazing views! Very spacious and comfortable. Staff were most helpful. There was a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a bus stop outside for Victoria.
We had trouble getting the wifi to work.

we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment which had amzing views, was decorated to a high spec and everything you could need for a plush weekend stay in London.

Found a pair of socks in one go the beds? Some attention to detail needed in cleaning corners and door frames - finger marks etc.
Apartment was very nice with beautiful views on the river, great for a family with 2 kids as it is very spacious and has 2 rooms with bathroom in each Shuttle to Clapham Junction was a +
Only 1 key given No robes and used slippers (although washed, but considering the level of the apartment/hotel, I'd expect new slippers) Also, would appreciate fob on the key for quick entrance to the building, not to have to wait for the porter
Location was good within easy access of central London by excellent regular and inexpensive bus service (10 mins) on the door step or very short train journey (5 mins)
Not many restaurants or bars within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and tidy but are a bit tired and could do with a fresh lick of paint.

- Expensive Carpark - Balcony was good but a bit too big, could have used more for the bed room or the living room. - Airconditioner controller did not quite work. Having AC during the hot summer days was good but we ended up catching cold
