The property reserves the right to pre-authorise your card for GBP 300 as a security measure. The amount will be released upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. For any lost or not returned key a full cost of changing locks will be charged to the guest. No parties and no loud behaviour are permitted on the premises. In case of non-observance of this policy guests will be removed from premises and charged full prices for the accommodation costs of neighbouring guests who are disturbed.
