Very good value, beautiful apartment
Nobody about when I came to check-out at 08:30 as it is run by nail shop staff. Not clear check-in signage.

Many reports said this hotel was like coming out of prison . We totally disagree we had room 2 which was on the 2 nd floor it was great ! The basement rooms would probably be grim . We would stay here again in a minute !
It's not a hotel it's apartment rooms .
Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.
The apartment has no lift, not even a service lift. Guests with heavy suitcases have difficulties going up the stairs with big luggage. Ours was the top 3rd floor and we had a hard time dealing with the bags.
I have the best opinion! The girls at the reception were very friendly and their assistance was excellent! The room was very clean and cozy, 3 minutes walk from Victoria station. The room was fully equipped and renovated! I would stay there again!
One tiny discomfort was the fact that there was no elevator.

No complaints. Perhaps a lock on the door outside 1 and 1a for the children's security but that is nit picking.
Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for £75 for the night. Unbelievable value. I saw one other reviewer complain about the basement - I asked for a quiet room and was given this suite. I had the best night's sleep in weeks! You go to a hotel to sleep, not look out of the window. It's actually a classic Victorian half-basement and there is a window bringing in daylight from above. There are also rooms upstairs. No breakfasts, but Caffè Nero round the corner. Nice, quiet residential area, with good pubs and a Tesco Local close by, just 5 minutes' walk from Victoria Station. What more could you ask for?

Only two bowls and three spoons in a two bedroom apartment for 4 people. Staff could only find one other bowl so had three between four - had to do breakfast in shifts. No glasses. No teatowl, one saucepan and one frypan so difficult to cook for four. Microwave supplied though. Couldn't get radio to work.

The location was excellent The rooms were beautiful and well equipped We had the full suite with two bedrooms, kitchen etc - excellent!
It would be nice if there were facilities for them to provide breakfast as an option so you don't have to go out and buy this.

Quiet, simple and clean. Tiny hotel with just a handful of rooms. Very good room standard for London. A stone throw from Victoria Station. Reasonably good value (again: for London).
No restaurant, hence no breakfast available, but plenty of breakfast places nearby (pub or Pret). The key system was not the most secure and a bit of a hassle.
We booked 2 x Apartments which with the inner doors left open could be used as 1 large 2 bedroom apartment. Handy as the kids were all in one.
we enjoyed all the staff were so helpful the cost of the room was incredible for a great 1 bedroom apartment so incredibly clean, modern and comfortable; would highly recommend this place for all london travellers the location and cost and the wonderful room made our stay perfect.

Huge room, all very modern! Great price especially considering the location! My room had a full kitchen, lounge area and dining area. It would be for people stopping more than one night on holiday in London.

There was a lot of room in the apartment. It was very clean. It was within walking distance to Victoria Station, buses, and the tubes. There were a lot of restaurants close by as well as a grocery store to buy supplies.
There was supposed to be Free Wi-Fi in all areas but it continually dropped. We reported to the staff on the very first day and reminded them each day to replace burnt out light bulbs. It never happened. You could hardly see in the bathrooms because of it.

Awful drain smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. We booked a triple room and found that the third bed was a 'z' bed which wasn't communicated beforehand. This is not suitable for an adult.
The apartments / rooms were clean. It was close to Victoria Station and was therefore convenient for my meetings in Westminster
Its not a hotel - nor should it be described or sold as as hotel - its a serviced apartment - it didn't even have any tea, coffee or milk available Its part of a Chinese owned nail bar business and the rooms are above the shop. The picture you see is the nail bar business so don't be led into thinking its a boutique hotels restaurant

I really like the bedroom, even the size of room. And the bathroom was quite comfortable.
Everything was good but should have change the bedsheets regularly.
Good central location near Victoria train station and theAApollo theatre. Room was underground and to a bicr enough standard.
We weren't quite sure we had the right place at first as tuere were no signs letting you know it was a guest house. All you can see is a nail bar, which we had to go into to find someone to let us in. friendly enough staff but it would have been nice to have some information in our room telling us of local knowledge. There was no one to ask about places to eat/shops etc

Cold, television is placed in extremely strange ways so that you can never use it... Charlady uses chlorine-containing detergents that leave disgusting smell.

Smell of dampness & signs of damp all around. Booked this room for 3 adults & one of these adults expected to sleep on a poor quality "put me up". Also basic stuff like only 2 cups put out etc when the booking is for 3. I was disappointed as it described its-self as boutique!!
location was ok, although beware, this hotel is actually just bedrooms above a nail bar...
room was dusty. Not all electrics worked. Locks on door looked a little flimsy. No safe in the room. No Staff in the hotel/on reception. No food options at all. No bin in bedroom.

After a long flight and we arrived at the " hotel" we were told we were booked elsewhere. Some dingy apartment about 5 stories up with no lift. The spare bed was a broken stretcher. No airconditioning. Area not where we wanted to be.
The so-called "Boutique Hotel & Spa" is nothing but a few dilapidated, tiny rooms on top of a Chinese nail salon. No room service. No a/c or even a fan during the hottest period in London history. Noisy place. The bathroom door would close and not open and was a security hazard. Shower did not function properly. No elevator. I could go on and on, forever about the rejuvenating beauties of the "Belle Cour Boutique Hotel & Spa". Avoid like the plague.
