Everything was clean and fresh, we had a lovely room, a bay window looking to the right you could see the sea. The bed was really comfy and the en-suite was a reasonable size. Steve did the breakfasts which were excellent, I wanted to take a photo but thought that would be a bit sad. Trish served it up and was so nice to speak to, they had no help but all was perfect. The Carmen is an immaculately clean home from home. Trish and Steve are wonderfully welcoming and accommodating hosts.It seems that nothing is too much trouble to them, they even trawled the internet on our behalf. Steve cooks a perfect breakfast which Trish serves up with toast along with her homemade marmalade. As we visited at Easter there were even chocolate bunnies provided on our drinks tray in the room, what a lovelly touch! Highly recommended!.
A beautiful hotel, extremely clean, cleaner than 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Welcome was very warm and cup of tea upon arrival was lovely. Room was really comfortable ,bathroom exceptionally clean. There were plenty of wall sockets which was most welcome. Breakfast was excellent.

I would rate the Carmen as one of the best places we have stayed in,
definitely in the uk. The owners have gone to great lengths to make
everything first class and the location is as good as it gets.
The owners made me and my wife welcome the room was very clean the breakfast was all local brucher I would recommended anybody wants to stay in a bed and breakfast in LIandudno to stay in the carmen.

The Landlady Trish was fantastic! Really helpful and interesting to talk to! The Guest House was newly refurbished and was spotlessly clean! Everything about it addition to detail was fantastic!.
