In a rather full hotel the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us. We were visiting in Gildersome and this location was perfect.
Location was good. Easy motorway access. Convenient for overnight stay as we attended a wedding nearby.
The quiet and easy to get to and from location to all towns and villages that we wanted to visit.
Big room, comfy bed, very friendly and helpful staff.kaikki arvostelut »
access and closeness to eating house next door.
very good breakfast
Very friendly staff.
The receptionist was very good.
The service was fantastic.
Location and reasonable value. The guy on reception very helpful despite him being on duty for almost 24 hours due to the bad weather.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Clean and well maintained.
Our room was noisy with the hum of the air con all night.
We overlooked the bins and that was where members of staff smoked. It was a warm night/morning. Not very pleasant to have window open and smell cigarette smoke.
Nothing to dislike.
Far from the Leeds city center, but was ok as I was attending a party close to the hotel location.
Room not particularly warm and had to ask for additional portable heater. Shower gel and hand soap dispensers both empty.
Room was very dated compared to other premier inn hotel's and was
nothing like the image on website. It wasn't worth the price paid.
Had to pay to use wi-fi and there was no complimentary biscuits in room
like other premier inn hotel'S. Would not stay here again.
Hard to find.
the room was cold had to get in to bed to keep warm. couldn't adjust the heater must be pre set to keep costs down ,iwont stay again.
