  As I was going to Wimbledon on the Mon 24th - hotel ideal for location. The majority of staff were helpful, friendly. He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much.
