  Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

  My husband and I wanted to spend a weekend in London sight seeing and wanted to stay somewhere where they offered private bathroom and an English breakfast but didnt break the bank. This guesthouse was very central to shops buses and the underground in Shepherds Bush. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor. Overall, I would stay here again.
