  We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean.   Odd entrance but staff were excellent to us over our stay better than any other place that I have stayed. location was perfect for stay being just off the main roads but still quiet with minimal traffic noise.   I think one of the two best value for money hotels in London. The room was beatiful and clean.   Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep.
