  Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and finished to a high standard. The location was excellent, minutes from the tube and close to pubs, restaurants, several parks and the Tower of London. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with amenities. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.   First of all I'd like to thank the staff of the hotel, they're extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good taste designed, comfortable with everything you may need. The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor.
