  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient.   Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.
