  Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double. While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

Location for us was ideal, a short walk into the heart of Greenwich, to the DLR, an express Tesco and the No 53 bus stopped close by which took us into the city centre. We didn't have hot water on arrival and called the contact number and we had somebody come out to sort out the problem within the hour!

Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.
