  This new hotel, easily reached by numerous buses in and out of central London and set in the heart of a minority ethnic community, provided a friendly, personal stay and offered an immaculate room, very fresh bedlinen and towels, plus complimentary soft drinks in a fridge in the room, tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits and satellite TV.   We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite.
