  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom.   This was a brilliant stay for me and my young family to stay here for 2 nights. We were upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (having booked a 2 bed 1 bath). The reception were very helpful putting a cot and highchair in the room ready for our arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved that they were w - We were grandparents, parents and a two year old. The 2 bedroom,2 bath layout was perfect for us. It wasn't The Savoy, where we stayed last in London, but so good with the family. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to awaken leisurely and enjoy breakfast at our own pace. The layout of the apt. let us share the babytime nicely. The location was superb; short walk to good Waitrose groceries, and Kensington Park, and even Sloane Square lunch and shopping.   Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

  Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc).
