  The service from each and every member of staff I spoken with was impeccable along with a real friendliness and happy attitude. I was very lucky to be upgraded to a superior room and the standard was excellent, with the bed being amazingly comfortable. I had everything I needed and whatever I didn't have - the hotel helped me with.
