  I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice.   The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall.   The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.
