  Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and finished to a high standard. The location was excellent, minutes from the tube and close to pubs, restaurants, several parks and the Tower of London. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with amenities.
