Excellent location , right next door to the Royal Albert Hall where I went for the Proms , small room overlooking main road with crispy white clean sheets , kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and a free bottle of water . I choose a room with shared bathroom and it was super clean , the shower with plenty of hot water . It has a 24 hours re - Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. The bathroom was clean - typical Victorian style but with a modern touch. Staff, warm and cheerful.   The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money.   The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

  The Adria hotel is amazing. The decor was beautiful, the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is immaculate. Free soft drinks in the mini bar. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. You get proper service in the Adria. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

  Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. Restaurants we visited: Sporano's is a very good restaurant if you like Italian food besides pizza and - We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.
